Day of Atonement

The Holy Day of Atonement According to Yahweh’s Solar Time

The Day of Atonement is declared by Yahweh Himself as a “Sabbath of solemn rest”—a day set apart for the most sacred observance. As written in Leviticus 23:32, this holy appointment begins at sunset on the 9th day of the 7th month. It continues until sunset on the 10th day, completing a full 24-hour period** in Yahweh’s perfect order of time. This commandment is not according to man’s tradition or the shifting errors of lunar reckoning, but it aligns perfectly with Yahweh’s Solar Time, and it also aligns with Yahweh’s Solar Calendar for the year 6029. By Yahweh’s divine solar reckoning, His children of Israel are called into unity with His appointed seasons, so that we may stand in holiness before Him.

This is a Statute for All Generations

This solemn day is an eternal statute, binding upon the children of Israel throughout all generations. On this day, we are commanded to “afflict our souls”—that is, to humble ourselves through fasting, prayer, and denial of the flesh—in order to seek forgiveness and purification before Yahweh. No work of any kind is to be done; it is a complete day of holy rest, consecrated for reconciliation with the Most High Yahweh.

The Call to Spirituelle Separation

As Yahweh teaches, this day also calls us to separate from the corruption of the flesh. We are commanded not to consume the flesh of animals, because such flesh corrupts both body and spirit. Instead, Yahweh points us back to His original diet in Genesis 1:29-30:

The Spirituelle Responsibility of the Day of Atonement

However, this holy day is not given for idleness or simply lying around watching TV, listening to dead music, cleaning, doing tasks, gossiping, or having idle conversations. This is a commandment given by Yahweh Himself to cut off all worldly practices and ATONE. It is a VITAL time to study the meaning of atonement and to seek to become truly at one with Yahweh in our minds, our spirits, and our actions. It is a day to make conscious changes—to separate from the corrupt mind of the world and dedicate our lives to the service of Yahweh, building His holy Kingdom here on Earth.

Atonement is when Yahweh cleanses "all" of our sins and allows us to start off a perfect New Year. If you go into Atonement with your house (Mind) dirty (doing the same things during the Atonement that you were doing previously) and not cleaning it up, you will come out with the same dirty house (Mind). You will remain at the same low frequency of mundane thinking and actions.

We must stop lusting after and loving the sins of this world. We must cease from spirituelle laziness and get into position to serve Yahweh, becoming active laborers in the building of His Kingdom in our minds and physically here on earth. This day is a call to purification and cleansing of our souls, so that we may understand both His divine purpose and our divine purpose on this planet.

The Divine Call to Spirituelle Separation

As Yahweh Ben Yahweh, our Messiah, teaches, this day also calls us to separate from the corruption of the flesh. We are commanded not to consume the flesh of animals, because such flesh corrupts both body and spirit. Instead, Yahweh points us back to His original diet in Genesis 1:29–30:

* The fruit of the trees,

* The green herbs of the field,

* Every seed-bearing plant,

which He gave to mankind for nourishment.

On the Day of Atonement, we are to reflect upon eating the true meat of Yahweh—His Word, His wisdom, and His spiritual food that leads to eternal life.

The Foreshadowing of The Messiah Yahweh Ben Yahweh

For the Hebrew Israelites of the Nation of Yahweh, this holy day foreshadows and is fulfilled in Yahweh Ben Yahweh, who is the ultimate atonement for His people. Just as the high priest once entered into the Most Holy Place to make atonement with blood, so Yahweh Ben Yahweh has entered into the true tabernacle, offering Himself as the perfect and everlasting sacrifice. Through Him, we are reconciled, purified, and restored to Yahweh in truth.

On the Day of Atonement, we are to reflect upon eating the true meat of Yahweh—His Word, His wisdom, and His Spirituelle food that leads to eternal life.
